Who we are
SaaS Negotiation Experts is an independent, buyer side SaaS and software negotiation advisory operating from New York and London. We are not affiliated with any SaaS vendor and we provide independent buyer side advisory only. We never accept vendor referral fees.
Use of this website
You may read and share the content on this site for your own business use. How we engage
We work under one of two pricing models, both agreed in writing before any work starts. Fixed Fee is a flat engagement fee, scoped and agreed up front. Gainshare is a share of verified savings with no retainer and no risk to you. We never publish a specific price or a starting price on this website, because every engagement is scoped to the client portfolio. Our guarantee is simple: we improve your deal or we reimburse our service fee, on the terms set out in the engagement contract.
Vendor names
This site refers to SaaS vendors and their products by name as the subject matter of our work. Those references are factual and are not endorsements, affiliations, or disparagement. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The text, guides, and design on this site belong to SaaS Negotiation Experts unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages or guides without written permission.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the figures and guidance on this site current, and the 2026 SaaS pricing landscape moves quickly. We make no warranty that every figure is exact for your situation. Published market figures are attributed and indicative figures are labelled as such.

For clients engaged from our New York office, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. For clients engaged from our London office, they are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The applicable engagement contract states which applies.
