SN SaaS Negotiation Experts

Pricing

SaaS negotiation pricing: two models, one incentive.

SaaS negotiation pricing here comes in two models: a Fixed Fee scoped and agreed up front, or Gainshare, a share of the verified savings with zero retainer and no risk to you. Both are fully independent, because we never earn a fee from the vendor, only from your result.

Model 01, Fixed Fee

Fixed Fee

A flat engagement fee, scoped and agreed up front. Predictable budgeting, and you keep all of the savings we deliver, this year and on the run rate.

  • Defined scope and defined cost, easy to approve internally.
  • You retain the full savings, with no share taken out.
  • Best for large or complex deals and multi vendor portfolios.
  • Ideal when you want budget certainty above all.

How do the two
models compare?

The same expertise either way. The difference is purely how, and when, we get paid. We never publish a fixed price because every scope is different, so each model is quoted to your portfolio.

We improve your deal or we reimburse our service fee. In both models the alignment is the same: the only number we work to move is the one on your contract.

Pricing
questions

The things procurement and finance leaders ask us before they sign an engagement.

How is the gainshare share set?
It is agreed in writing before we start, based on deal size and complexity, and it is capped. You always know the maximum you could pay, and it only ever applies to savings we actually realise against an agreed baseline.
What counts as savings?
The difference between the vendor opening proposal, or your current run rate, and the final signed price, normalised for scope. We define the baseline together up front so there is no ambiguity later.
Do you ever take fees from vendors?
Never. We are buyer side only and accept no referral fees, commissions or kickbacks from any SaaS vendor. Our independence is the entire point.
Which pricing model should we choose?
If you want budget certainty on a large or complex portfolio, Fixed Fee usually wins. If you want zero risk and a fast result on a specific renewal, Gainshare is the natural fit. We recommend honestly after the free review.
What is your guarantee?
We improve your deal or we reimburse our service fee. The alignment is the same in both models: our incentive is a lower number on your contract.
